.. in Manila needs a new stand. We purchased a 40 inch plasma TV last May , and the tv stand that we like is out of stock already. We went to different malls already last May ,but we are not lucky enough to get one. I hope that by January , new stocks will arrive so we can finally get one. If budget would still permit, we also want a home theater system at the living room . Malls are crowded this season, so they will definitely look for a stand on January.

MIssing Manila

This is the time of the year that makes me wanna go back to manila. Simbang gabi, bibingka, family and friends. it feels so different here. I have work and we dont have a long vacation too. So I guess, I will just call everybody there come Christmas Day. The only thing that keeps me happy here are my officemates who are like my second family already. I received gifts from some already, and I was surprised to receive a Wayfarer sunglasses from my friend. I saw this at the mall , and I never thought that she will get it for me. Thanks dear!

Shopping has always been my thing. Sometimes Im a compulsive buyer, but there are times too that I think thrice before buying an item. My most recent grabs are bags , its on sale so I simply cant resist that 4 letter word. Im also done with my gifts shopping for my officemates, and I bought them different kinds of chocolates Hahaha! Now I am off to the mall again to look for some gifts ( i hope i can grab some from sale again) for my mom and for my dad. I just love this season!! I have an excuse to shop.

I know that most people now are busy with the Holidays, but here I am on a weekend, trying to clean up my room. I need space since I shopped recently again :) My room is a big mess, I placed those for disposal in a separate box and I plan to ship it in Manila for my sisters since everything is still in its best condition . This is really a major clean up for me. I never thought I would even be needing a box cutter so I can fit everything in one box.

Flowers for Her

Just last October , my dear friend from work got married with her long time boyfriend and I was able to attend their simple, and very intimate wedding. I love all the details of it's simplicity , most especially the flowers. I really like it since its in white , so I asked the wedding coordinator what kind of flowers it is. And she said that it is ranunculus . It actually comes in colors such as pink, orange, hot pink, purple , and yellow. And since I really love the flowers, I ordered some online at Fiftyflowers , and im giving it to my mom and my aunt for the holidays. My New Hair

Yes!!! I had my haircut last week... Just been so lazy to post some pics... I like it a lot!! : )

So the inspiration behind the cut?? Well. I found Candy Pangilinan's multiply site and I loved her hair on some of the pictures.. And then my fangirling kicks in and I found pictures for Fahrenheit's upcoming album and I MUST say, they're new hairstyle ROCKS!! So I figured if I can pull off a cut that was sort of "boyish" but can still work for me, then its awesome... So its a mixture of Jiro / Chun / Candy... and this is the first time that I got highlights!!! love it!

me and my 2nd job

Everything is doing great. Though the economy is acting up slow lately, I am very thankful that I still have 2 jobs. My work at the bank is during weekdays, while I get to work at the Arena during weekends. Im doing great so far, because my 2nd job is pretty easy and its not that complicated. I collect the sales from different food kiosks after the event and i just do some accounting. They have efficient POS systems so tallying everything doesn't give me a headache at all. This December , the arena has a full schedule so I expect to work even during the Christmas season. So far, so good. I am saving a lot of money now.

Am I too early?? I can totally feel the Christmas air already since its starting to get chilly in here.. Since I've started earning my own money my wishlist then turns into goals..

I also wanted the new Canon digital camera for one reason..TOUCHSCREEN!! but I just got a new one last July..
I wanted a new laptop.. that way I don't have to share with my mom since sometimes we try to beat each other on who's gonna use it first... haha

On accidents

This maybe a little negative topic but I feel like sharing it so others may learn. I have a friend who had an accident last week during the Thanksgiving holiday. She's on a vacation with her family and they were boating when it happened. At first she thought that she can easily file for claims in her insurance but a few problems came up which made her hire a Lincoln personal injury lawyer to help her with her case. Its only been a week and things are turning out well in her case. The lawyer keeps her involved with the case all the time, and she can see positive results in no time. Now she just need to complete on some requirements and they can get her claims already. It maybe a sad experience to be in an accident, but having people to help you is such a blessing to be thankful for. Be safe everyone!

A week after

How's your Thanksgiving Day? Me, I just stayed home with my family and had a great dinner. The day after, I have work at the bank and at the arena, So I wasn't able to shop. But last Saturday , I tried my luck at the mall and was able to grab some really nice shoes. My dad , as usual , checked on electronics and hardware stuff. He scored some fancy door handles since we need to change the one in my room. Since most are in clearance, we got some work holding , levers and screws. I might post my loot this weekend when im not that busy anymore.

Late Birthday Post

I'm BACK!! It's been a while since I did my own post.. (yup i wanna thank my sis for maintaining my site for almost a month now!! hehe) So sorry since I've been really busy having two jobs,then I got sick last week or probably just stressed out.. I do have a lot of catching up to do.. So let me just share this before I forget:

Dentists at Irvine

Did you know that Im too afraid of dentists. When I was in Manila this year, I had a terrible toothache and I went to a dentist for cure. Unfortunately , due to the lack of time, I wasn't able to undergo the treatment , but instead had a few medications taken to ease the pain. Recently , pain attacked again, so I went to the dentist to have it checked. I am set for a dental surgery to stop all these pain. Then I am also set to see Irvine teeth whitening dentists.Im considering teeth whitening because I want everything to be perfectly white. Might as well make use of my dental insurance of course. Irvine is not too far from where I am now, and I've heard they have good dentists when it comes to cosmetic dentistry procedures. I can't wait to have everything done soon.

I miss the summer in Manila.

I miss the beach.

Im not sure if I will be home again by summer of May. I might save up for the lil princess' birthday for next year. But who says we cant enjoy the beach by that time? Knowing my family, we will surely hit off Boracay or Bohol for the sun exposure. Then maybe HK too? Lets see if we have all the budget for that.

Eat out

Do you enjoy eating and trying out new cuisines? Then why don't you check out some of the popular Denver Restaurants in Colorado. I found out from a magazine that Denver is one top place to visit for a vacation because it has a lot to offer to its tourists. Aside from food, one can certainly enjoy shopping at the city. If I can avail of a week vacation from work by next year, I would love to visit Denver with my family. I hope to eat at one of their restaurants that offers the best when it comes to fine dining, just like the one that serves authentic French cuisine. And maybe try the relaxing benefits of their health spas.

My weekend

Finally, no work at the Arena this weekend, so I have all the time in the world to sleep. I might do a little cleaning of my room , I need to dispose some of my items here and send it in Manila. I stocked up on a lot of make up and obviously I can't use everything now. Saturday afternoon, I plan to check the grocery and buy some personal toiletries , and maybe get some chips and drinks for Sunday, since I hav DVD's to watch.

It's getting cold in my side of the world, and we have to bring out our winter clothes already. But I think its too late, I have colds since Thursday because I forgot to bring my coat at work. My mom gave me medicines already, and im getting better now. My appetite for food was low during the weekend, so that might help me shed off a few pounds now. But still, I am reading on some diet pill reviews , just in case the need will arise, I know what brand to buy.

Medical Supplies

A few months ago, my uncle who lives a few blocks away from our place got so ill and he was admitted at the hospital for treatment. He had a case of pneumonia and since my aunt is also a bit old to take care of her, he also stayed in a health care facility for a few weeks. We would visit him from time to time to check on his progress and how he is coping in such environment. We checked on his daily routine at the health care, so by the time we bring him home, we also know what to do. My aunt even got him a shower chair that he can use to comfortably take a bath. This is what he uses at the healthcare, and they never had a hard time with him during bath time. I hope he will recover soon , just in time for thanksgiving.

If only I have all the time in the world, I would really consider getting another course. I love my current work at the bank, but still, I would like to explore a world that I really like, and that is the world of beauty schools. Yes, I love make ups and cosmetics, so when I saw some beauty schools in wisconsin , i thought of enrolling myself with a course in cosmetology. Regency Beauty School offers wide range of courses that provides extensive education and training to their students. I promised myself that I will enroll myself there once my schedule permits. I can't wait to learn more about cosmetics and apply my knowledge to my sisters.

I would really want to have a vacation before the year ends. It's been a tiring environment at work, and remember, I have a second job too. Relaxing and just enjoying a weekend would be great, and Im thinking of inviting a few of my friends from the bank to join me. Maybe we can try Outer Banks rental homes , as this can surely accommodate a group.They have great facilities for their guests plus the rate is not high at all. I cant wait to start planning with my friends.

2009 planner

My sister is asking me if I want a Moleskine planner for 2009. Of course, she will pay for it and that would be her birthday gift for ma already. I said yes! Who wouldn't want something like this..


And yes, it is in flaming red. Im expecting it to arrive anytime this week, and im too excited to start writing on it. This would surely be my reminder notebook too. I tend to forget things a lot lately, just like our home insurance that needs to be renewed.

Eyeglasses for me

I badly need one for home use. I usually go to the office wearing contact lenses, but when I'm at home, I give my eyes some rest from the contacts. Having a poor eyesight is really my problem , and I definitely got that from my mom. Im looking for affordable but with good quality eyeglasses online, as I already know my grade, so ordering online would be a breeze. It's getting cold in here, and that's one reason why I don't want to go and hit the mall to look for one.

Busy Me

I wonder if i can still proceed with some of my plans before the year ends. I am thankful with my job, and my second job, but still, sometimes I wish that I have sometime to rest. I would really want to save a lot this year, that's the reason why I grabbed this second job. But aside from that, i also plan to enroll myself at Capella University and get myself an online university degree . It is a g leading online university with well qualified employees and staff. They offer courses and programs in the fields of business,, public health, information technology etc. I haven't decided yet on my course, but I feel really excited enrolling soon. It is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission so I am guaranteed I am getting the best with my money.

Everyday at work , it is so rare that you will see me wearing jewelries. I only have earrings and my watch for daily use. My mom gave me some of her jewelries already but I find it too formal for me now. Last weekend at the mall, I saw a really nice bracelet that would be perfect for work wear. Come On Sis!

As I have left a message on my sis' blog... Yes anytime soon she's gonna have the baby!!!! Actually it was weird since I was chatting with her online yesterday and then next thing I knew it was Gelo who left a message: Ca, manganganak na yata ate mo, dalhin na namin sa UST!!! I was like.. What the??? I was just chatting with her!!!hahaha...

I'm so sorry since I don't know a single thing about giving birth or babies and not really familiar with the terms but it turns out, its not time yet... But she was already admitted to the hospital, and I bet its the whole family together in there with Joaquin of course!!! haha

Here's a latest text from my sis (today, around 8am manila time) i asked for any latest news and this is her reply:

Ito buntis pa din.. Haha..Pero dumadalas na sakit. Pa grand entrance ang batang to!!

oh and the funny thing is, she surely miss her laptop since she's gonna ask gelo to bring it over to the hospital.. anu ba yan, kala ko in pain kapag in labor?!? hahaha

well, i do hope for a really safe and easy delivery for her!!! go.. go.. go.. and i'll keep u guys up to date!

How do i look?

Been posting some of my pictures at Friendster lately, specially during the summer, because that's when I'm really at my best with my clothes. Simple shirt, shorts or capris will do. Not like during the winter that I lave to do layering of tops , and put on a coat where I really look fat. But still during the summer, my cousin told me that I look chubby.. hmm.. how could that be? I've been trying to eat healthy here, like fruits for dinner and breakfast, and a rice during lunch. I avoided chocolates too whenever I can. I wonder If I need to use alli soon. I think all I need is a little more exercise.

Vain Me..

I recently tried a new skin care product for my face.. I've been using Proactiv for about 2 years now but then lately it seems like its not working for me since I've been having bad breakouts on my forehead.. So I decided to try on a new product I found at Bath and Body Works. Its Acnescription from Particia Wexler. I bought the starter kit and been using it for probably just two weeks now..
I really can't tell yet if it worked for me I just don't like putting too much product on my face since it tends to look oily at times.. So now I've been browsing online and I wanted to try some Clinique Skin care produts this time.. Might go to the mall and buy some products.. I've always had problems with my skin and I'm thinking that since I've been working two jobs and lately been going home really late that's why my face is breaking out..

Still Busy

I am working at the Arena this weekend, so that would mean Im gonna be busy though its a weekend. I still wasn't able to blog the parties that we had at work last week, a baby shower for Nicole and a bridal shower for Lily. How I miss having parties. There were lots of food prepared by my office mates ,from appetizers to main dish, name it. And we even have a really nice cake which was actually made from cupcakes. I will post pictures once I have the time.Need to catch some sleep, its cold now and thats the best thing to do at night, hit the sack early.

Who's Birthday??

it's WU CHUN'S BIRTHDAY!!! and don't think that my craziness for Chun has gone to greater lengths.. this was set-up by my bosses at work. that's why I'm so surprised and happy at the same time.. when I got to work this morning I found the little "birthday" sign and balloons taped at my computer.. i was laughing so hard and even though i was feeling a bit sick, i still feel so "touched".. makisali daw ba naman kasi sa kabaliwan ko!!

it was my big boss, one of the bank's AVP/ Ops Officer that printed the birthday greeting, while my Ops Supervisor came in a little early to put some balloons.. here's a little chika on how they came up with it:

they know about Chun since I've been raving about him since July and then on my desk calendar I had October 10,2008 marked as CHUN DAY.. so they asked me why and I told them its Chun's birthday.. My officer said that since she's not sure how the name's spelled, she first put Happy Birthday.. Ricca's Boyfriend!!! : ) i wish!! then when she went on my desk, andsaw the calendar marked with Chun's bday.. i was telling them on how I never got a surprise birthday for myself ever and how come Chun got one! : )

i just appreciate on how much support they give me, even riding with my craziness most of the time.. i'm so happy because i know this people and i didn't expect them to do something like this since they're more of the serious type.. they seriously believe that one day i'll get to meet Chun in person.. that's super I WISH!!

Feels like Forever

I'm still here.. Its been really slow lately at work. I guess we can really fell how bad the economy has has been lately.. We have few customers at the bank and most times we don't really have stuff to do anymore after the reports are done in the morning.. Its been so BORING...

I feel like getting dumber by the second, since I don't have anything to do most of the day, my mind as well basically decided to just stop.. Ugh! for some people they might think I'm crazy for basically demanding to work when I should be thankful getting paid for doing nothing.. But then there's no growth, no productivity, I won't learn anything just by sitting the whole day... I've been trying to keep myself busy.. Answering phones, helping out planning for upcoming birthdays and other surprise events that were having but still its not enough for the whole eight hours..

Hay, I don;t know its just that it feels like forever at work sometimes and for how long its gonna stay this way I don't know.. But I am surely thankful that I still have a job every single day.. But just when people think that this is one superpower, indestructible, financially stable country.. well guess what?? you guys got it wrong...

Goodbye Summer.

OKay, we don't have plans yet of relocating or moving to another place. But I recently saw these moving pods last week , and I decided to get tow boxes already. I find it so useful after doing some clean up in my room, so the stuff that I won't be using for now is neatly kept. Summer clothes are now packed. Fall / Winter clothes will soon be used. How I miss winter, We had a really , really summer, and I just can't wait to have a comforter when we sleep at night this fall . It's starting to get cold actually. So if you have stuff that needs to be neatly packed in sturdy boxes, get some portable storage units.

Room Makeover

Remember I had a room makeover weeks ago? It was actually successful I can say, I was able to dispose a few old items of mine, then I saw some clothes and cosmetics of mine that are still unused and intact. The items needs a separate post though. Right now, I am focused on searching for computer desks , I badly need a new one as I am just using a table with my laptop. I need a desk for more comfort and safety. From what I am seeing, some desks really fits my budget, yes, i dont wanna spend much on this. I hope to have a new one by next week, if time permits , i'll hit the mall with my dad.

No weekend-weekend

Sunday.. 8:40 pm.. So I have 3 hours and 20 minutes left of my weekend.. It was pretty tiring having to work seven days straight.. I worked at the bank Monday to Friday, and since the circus is in town, I worked Thursday till today at the arena.. The first two days I had to go directly from the bank.. Good thing my work at the arena is only part-time which is about 3-4 hours and all I need to do is count money.!! No shopping for me this week..

So what am I gonna do with the remaining part of my weekend??

- I'm watching episode 9 of Hot Shot at youtube..
- At the same time watching the Emmy's
- eating cotton candy I got for free at the circus!!! ( buti na lang inantay kong matapos kundi nagbayad pa ko ng $ 12 for a cotton candy with a paper hat!! haha!)

It was a busy week for me. I have work at the Arena for 4 days in a row because of the circus. It was tiring, but I had fun too when i peeked at the show. No shopping for me this weekend, I plan to just laze around and sleep all day . I just need to check a few things online, like my emails , a few orders and do a little browsing too. My dad also asked me to check some car insurance online , because the one that we have now is expiring soon. He's too busy at work too, so we might get quotations thru the website by this week.

To-do list

here's my list for this week..

1. organize my office table
2. take pictures of some items that I plan to sell
3. update my bank account and print out my own copy
4. pay TFC bill
5. get some health insurance quotes for my
dad.
6.check out my favorite online shopping site, and check if they already have the Hello Kitty necklace in stock.

not too much for this week, i still dont have any plans for the weekend. After too much cleaning lately, i might reward myself with a little shopping.

What's cooking for halloween?

Every year, the bank holds a costume party for its employees, just in time for the Halloween. We had the 60's theme and cowboy/western party already , and i wonder what do we have for this year. I wish we can just come in our own choice of costume, because I wanna be something different this year. I saw a beautiful equestrian clothing at the mall during the weekend, at such a steal price. I am trying to lose a few pounds already, since I wanna look really good with my costume for this year.

Its high time that I get into healthy stuff. Im not feeling any pain or discomfort for now , but i believe that one should get the right knowledge of things before it even hits you. I stumbled upon Epocrates a while ago, a reliable and reader friendly website that gives you detailed information about diseases, like for example, Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus , i never thought that there is such type of diabetes. All i know is the diabetes itself. I was able to learn the basic of this type, diagnosis, causes , treatment and even follow up. I never thought I would get curious about this stuff, maybe because Ive been hearing my mom and dad talk about their health lately. Try to make your own online search, and dont forget to share this learning to others.

Last Minute Grabs

I know I said that I won't be shopping a lot for my sis' coming baby.. Since her and my mom obviously didn't even take a break buying stuff!!! I bet the coming princess already have so much stuff, na kahit every hour eh pde sya magpalit ng damit! : ) But then I just can't resist a SALE! So I had a few grabs.. They're on clearance so its pretty cheap..


I got bigger sizes like 6-9 months so it won't fit her for quite sometime... And I know that my mom's going to ship a box already, so FOR NOW the shopping will end...

BE Addict

As I was cleaning my stuff last week.. I've come to realize one thing: I AM SO VAIN!!! : ) I have so many stuff for my face, my hair, my body.. And most of them I really don't use that often... And of course the first place goes to my make-up.. I AM A CERTIFIED BARE MINERALS ADDICT!
I have to say that the ones here on the pictures were the ones I bought and haven't used. I still have my usual kit of Bisque, Medium Foundation, Mineral Veil and a blush on my everyday kit, plus 2 brushes and a Buxom... Yun ang everyday kit ko! hehehe.. I'm planning to maybe selling some of the stuff, I have a few MAC items and Clinique too from a co-worker. Ang dami ko ng make-up, nakakalibre pa ko! : ) The ones on the pic has never been opened, my so-called "reserves".. Oh, here's some of my other kikay stuff:

I've been using Proactiv for about two years now, and it really did cleared uo my skin although I still have occassional breakouts.. But I love this product.. So yeah, am I Vain or what?!?

Allergy Attack

It's the time of the year again , where most of us here in our household catches allergies. My dad is usually the one who would sneeze, til he gets really down with colds. We have loaded our first aid kit with medicines already. And as I have blooged, we also made some major cleaning around the house. Now, I am thinking of buying this air purifier I've seen at the mall. I have heard really good feedbacks about Blueair . I hope it can give us some relief from allergies, as I feel really down whenever I have an attack.

Another job?

I think I would really need one. I am not leaving my bank job, of course not. I enjoy my work and I love my friends there, but I would like to earn extra money for shopping and additional savings. Getting a job here is not that tough as it is in Manila, you just need not to be choosy at all. I already saw some Los Angeles jobs at the newspaper , and I am only considering the part- time ones since I am on full schedule at the bank. Hopefully, I can get a good - paying one this weekend. Wish me luck.

Day Three... Clean up

Late post... Since I did my super clean up day last Monday... wow the highlight of my three-day weekend.. Took me 6 hours to clean just HALF of my room!! I had to assemble the cable box for my TV, which I did all by myself.... Ahem... : ) then I spent most of the time assembling the shoe organizer I bought at Target.. akala ko kc madali lang i-assemble yun pla as in from scratch gagawin mo!! I am so proud of myself when after probably two hours eh natapos ko din, khit hndi perfect, eto sya:

Each and every cube I have to assemble from scratch! Bwiset! Sana yun assembled na shoe organizer na ang binili ko! It was supposed to be for 15 pairs but since pagod na ko, I only made up until 12... : ) This is only for my work shoes and since I still had a couple pairs left I decided to give it to my mom since I ran out of my space... My other pairs are still in the closet which I never got the chance to clean yet...

I realized I had so many stuff.... You'll be surprised on how much make-up I have and other "vanity" products... hehe.. I'll post it next time..

Hay, I'm too tired to post about what happened today.. Day 3! took me 6 hours to clean just my room! Hay kakapagod.. I'll post it soon.. New season of Gossip Girl's starting!!! Bye!

A little shopping

This time its not clothes and bags , but home stuff. Since I am doing some room make over, I decided to check out the Home Section at the mall. I got myself a few storage boxes in , table cover, hooks and even Kohler faucets . We are changing the ones in our bathroom and kitchen sink. I am really excited to re arrange my room, give me another weekend and it will surely look like a bedroom again.

During those times that I was still in Manila, we always have our weekly dose of coffee. Of course, our favorite would be none other than Starbucks coffee . Now that I am here in California, Starbucks is everywhere, even at groceries, so I make it a point to have a stock at home of my favorite frapuccino. I always feel like im in Manila whenever I buy a cup , but still , coffee won't be the same without your friends and family who shares every sip with you.

Fall is here, and soon it's winter, i cant wait to have a cup of my Hot Caffe Mocha.

Gossip Girl's Back

Of course they never failed to release a very "sexy" sneak preview.. Gossip Girl season premiere will be tomorrow, Monday at 8 pm!! I can't wait!!!

Day Two..

So I did something productive today.. I WENT SHOPPING!!! Got some stuff for my room since I really wanted to make it look organize. Thank goodness, my mom already started to sort stuff that will be sent to my sister. Bawas kalat sa kwarto, salamat naman! But the most rewarding part is when I went to Macy's and found out about these:

The Coach Heritage Stripe Swingpack ON SALE!!!! 40% off... So do I need it?? Nope not really I already got one but still decided to buy it! hahaha.. I'm trying to sell it to my mom, because I know she's gonna convince me to send it to my sisters. But as I was explaining to them. tough times lately, I just cant give out stuff as I've been doing it for a while! hahaha.. If they want it, they can buy it from me! haha.. I really am sticking to my plan on saving money, so not everything comes for free.. Hindi na ko all-out mag pasalubong, kasi nagtitipid na ko.. : )

Then when I went to the cosmetics/perfume area, I found out that they now have a full counter of Bare Minerals!! OMG!! I'm in make-up heaven!!! I bought a couple of items, AGAIN...

I love this Rare Minerals Blemish Therapy. I tried it once, and now its going to be a part of my night time "ritual".. So vain huh?!? haha
Then of course my two must-haves.. Summer Bisque and Buxom Lip Gloss.. The bisque is the best concealer ever!!! And i love the Dolly shade of Buxom it gives that tingly, cooling sensation, it kinda feels that it's tightening your lips to make it look for fuller and pout-perfect!!

so what else did I buy?? hmmm.. I got three cute dresses for the coming princess.. But I'm too lazy to take pics so it will be on the next one...

Hay, thank heavens for sale.. what am I gonna do without them?? : )

Day One of my Three Day Weekend

Three Day weekend for me!!! Woohoo!! No plans at all, well except of course to hit the mall right?!?hahaha.. So what do I intend to do?

- clean up my closet, cabinets, drawers... lahat-lahat dahil sa ang dami kong tambak! so many mails need to be shredded.. statements... offers.. receipts..

As of right now, I am done with the first drawer pa lang! I was sorting out stuff and shredded what I don't need.. Then I stumbled upon my Bare Minerals.. (this is needs to be a totally different post!) I realized I have so much, since I (for whatever reason) buy the set ones, mostly 10-pc kits.. got rid of the huge boxes they have and just placed them in one make-up bag! Then I found some letters, birthday cards, thank you cards and notes from my friends, sisters and family back home!! So I did have a sort of "5 minute" drama mode!! hahaha.. Reading those surely still bring me tears... St least, I got something done today.. I didn't go out since its still triple digit heat, sobrang init!!

Here's the rest of my to-do list:

- clean my make-up brushes... ang dami nito
-organize my closet.. i need to sort stuff and get rid of some clothes I don't wear anymore
-one more cabinet to clean..
-find my card... I CAN'T FIND MY MACY'S CARD!!! ugh!
-buy a shoe rack (?) nka kalat lang kc mga sapatos ko d2!!
- SHOP! naman.. i need to do this...
I really wish to be productive this 3-day weekend.. My room really looks like a big mess! It is nowhere to be called a bedroom, its more like a stock room... and I am starting to get pissed about it.. My mom would always say we don't need for it to look nice and there's no need to buy accessories and household stuff since we won't be here forever... But hey, its almost five years and I don't see us going elsewhere?!? so, I'm going to make-over this so-called bedroom to make it look more.. hmmm.. alive??? hahaha

This is just actually a year off than I expected! hahaha.. I always feel that the best year of my life was when I was 18!! And that I stopped growing up and becoming matured after that.. : ) I'll be turning 26 in the next couple of months but I am far (way far) away on acting like one.. I'm still a kid at heart even at work... Sometimes I do wonder myself when I'll grow up, some of my friends already have kids and here I am still acting like one.. and loving it!!

My Hot Shot Photobook

I am so happy!!!!! I know 8-8-08 was a lucky day, since I received my shipment that day! Yup, this is my latest craziness.. Its a photo book of Wu Chun and Jerry Yan's newest drama series, HOT SHOT! Grabe talaga ko sa ka-praningan lately.. : ) I purchased it online at YesAsia, medyo pricey pero I think its worth it! Aba naman, seeing Jerry's super smile and Wu Chun's tattoos!! haha.. Actually that was one of the reasons why I bought it, and luckily kahit medyo malabo Chun's tats on his lower leg was a bit shown.. Woohoo!!!

Didn't even now it arrived not until I heard my mom opening a box in front of the webcam, akala nya kc e isa na nman sa mga online purchase ni ate! then when she opened it, I heard her say, Ay, hindi sayo to, kay Ricca to kc Chinese yn salita sa libro! hahahaha.. I immediately ran from my room to grab it! Hay di ko alam kung maiinis ako nun or what, I was totally grabbed the chance to "open" it! Wala tuloy yun excitement! hahaha.. And yes the captions are in Chinese, so yup, di ko sya naiintindihan pero ok lang, I just looked at the picture.. Here's some of the pics:
