Me Time at the Spa

I finally had my much awaited solo time at the spa. I have decided to schedule for a spa treatment before my flight to Korea because I feel exhausted with all the work that I need to finish in time. I want to be re charged and re - energized before I take the trip. I had an appointment with the New Spa Place in our area and I am very pleased with their services. The place is simply beautiful, the materials they used are very good and relaxing to the body. I even noticed the spa cover that they are using to cover the hot tub when its not n use. Cleanliness and Good hygiene practice matters a lot to me too. I am so glad I found this new place, the best part of it is the reasonable price that they have. I will definitely go back!

Airlplane cufflinks for pilots

Last month, I was so happy to see my college friends for a dinner. We weren't able to see each other during the Holidays, so it was only during the last week of January that we all have a free time. I still got some little presents for everyone like the airplane cufflinks for my Pilot friend. Most of it were personalized items and I am glad that they all enjoyed it. He said that it was the first time he received an airplane cufflinks and he will surely add it up to his collection of anything that has an airplane. We already planned our Summer Getaway and I really feel excited to see them with their families.

Yoyo Shopping

It's another busy week for us! The kids will have their scheduled haircut tomorrow after lunch then we will head to the Travel Fair which is just a walking distance to the mall. On Sunday, we will visit their sick cousin in the morning , then we will attend a birthday party in the afternoon. I am thinking of giving the boy a really nice yoyo because that's his current favorite toy. I've heard great feedback on profire yoyos, and hopefully I can find one at the mall tomorrow. I am not familiar with other types of yoyo since I only play the basic ones.

Better sound, better music

Music has really been a part of my life. I remember during my high school days, I started learning how to play the guitar. When I was in college I became part of our church choir that serves during the Sunday mass. My husband is also a music lover . He is a bass guitar player during high school and joined a few musical performances during college time. Now that my son is 5 years old, we can see how he loves music and the instruments. He is very interested with the drums and has 3 pieces of guitar. We plan to enroll him on some lessons this summer and hopefully we can keep up his love for music. We are also eager to setup a studio here at home where we can all enjoy our music together. Maybe we need a few things to start it off like line 6 am4 and a good set of speakers and amplifiers. A good sound of instruments will certainly create better music.

Rehab

Rehabilitation of those patients with alcohol or drug problems has come a long way. Through the years, medical experts designed and conceptualized different programs that would help them physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually. The inpatient rehab center offers different programs and activities depending on the needs of the patient. They do have the facilities and professional staff who will guide the patient in their rehabilitation process. It usually includes some group and individual therapy sessions, lectures, physical exercises, music and art therapy, psychiatric activities etc. The family's support is also one big factor for the success of the whole rehabilitation process. Usually the rehab centers would educate family members on how to deal with a love one undergoing treatment.

While doing some Christmas shopping last week, I found out about dakine backpacks. MOst of the bags are on sale so I got a few ones for my cousins who are still in High School. I think it is a great bag because it is light and sturdy too. It is a popular brand for those who are going on a trail because of it's great quality, but now they have other designs that is perfect for everyday use. Aside from the backpack line, I like their messenger type of bag as well.

Lipstick Talk : Nars Schiap

I am on a lipstick hunt lately and a friend of mine suggested to try out Nars Schiap. This is a shocking shade of pink that's why I am a bit hesitant at first. I tried it on and I am glad that it compliments my Asian skin tone. I love wearing bright lipsticks especially when I feel tired , the lipstick surely brightens up my face , making it look more alive and glowing.

Are you done with your Christmas shopping? Well, me I haven't really started out yet because I've been busy lately with so many chores and errands as well. Research time

Last week was such a tough week for our family, health wise. I got sick from Sunday and I wasn't really feeling well but I had to do my mommy duties. Come Wednesday late night, my daughter got sick and she had a hard time breathing so we rushed her to the hospital. She was admitted until Saturday afternoon, and her discharge was just in time for her Birthday celebration last Sunday. Now I am getting back to the groove of things despite the toxic week. Working on all my tasks and researches and the top list is about Bioidentical Hormone Replacement. Im lucky to have a boss who is very understanding of my busy schedule last week. I am just going double time now on all my tasks so I can submit on time.

About Baby Monitors

Im excited for my cousin who will give birth on December. This early , we are all planning for her baby shower and we are thinking of what to give her.
