Gone (crazy) shopping in San Francisco

Wow, I am like a month late posting this! sorry!!! been caught up with tons of things that's why.. Anyways, I went last March to SF with some of my co-workers for merely two reasons:
1. to see the sights: which is really amazing! even though I only used my phone to take pics I was so surprised to see how the pics still turned out good!

2. SHOPPING!!!! The whole chronicles of me gone crazy shopping is here and here.. yeah it's a two-part experience!!! But I would just give you guys the summary... Here's some stuff I got:

got me a new TechnoMarine!!! and this by far is the fastest way I purchased something! No questions, not even thinking twice.. I bought a watch in less than 15 minutes! hahaha

My to-die-for first Juicy Couture flats!!!!

Oh well, just remembering the experience, makes me all hyped-up again... I really went and shop a lot.. And I enjoyed San Francisco, err, should I say I LOVE San Francisco! I really wished that when we got here, we should have settled in a city lke SF or LA that way, it feels more like Manila, not like here in Stockton where the closest brand name you can have would be Hollister or Old Navy! duh?!? : )

I will be starting my third job this 8th of April.. Yes, THIRD!!! It will be slow on my second job at the arena since the Hockey Season is over, so now that summer's on its way, it will be Baseball, so I git a job in there too.. Same thing, as always.. counting money...

My New Hair

Yes!!! I had my haircut last week... Just been so lazy to post some pics... I like it a lot!! : )

So the inspiration behind the cut?? Well. I found Candy Pangilinan's multiply site and I loved her hair on some of the pictures.. And then my fangirling kicks in and I found pictures for Fahrenheit's upcoming album and I MUST say, they're new hairstyle ROCKS!! So I figured if I can pull off a cut that was sort of "boyish" but can still work for me, then its awesome... So its a mixture of Jiro / Chun / Candy... and this is the first time that I got highlights!!! love it!

Christmas Wishlist

Am I too early?? I can totally feel the Christmas air already since its starting to get chilly in here.. Since I've started earning my own money my wishlist then turns into goals..

Flip.. this video camera is just amazing its small and lightweight.. I've been thinking since last Thanksgiving.. but I'm not gonna use it anywhere that's why I'm still not sure..

I also wanted the new Canon digital camera for one reason..TOUCHSCREEN!! but I just got a new one last July..
I wanted a new laptop.. that way I don't have to share with my mom since sometimes we try to beat each other on who's gonna use it first... haha

Hmmm.. I think that's just it... and as of right now I only got the first one... So we'll see...

Late Birthday Post

I'm BACK!! It's been a while since I did my own post.. (yup i wanna thank my sis for maintaining my site for almost a month now!! hehe) So sorry since I've been really busy having two jobs,then I got sick last week or probably just stressed out.. I do have a lot of catching up to do.. So let me just share this before I forget:

Yup, it was my birthday last November 18 and I got this super cute Hello Kitty balloon!! It was actually taller than me huh?!? So what else did I got for my birthday??

- a really cute small stuff toy that says: JUST FOCUS ON ME! on its shirt,, haha.. they said that's totally me..
- and i got a couple of new Wu Chun pics from my boss!!! haha.. still encouraging me with my craziness..
- a Hello Kitty marshmallow candy
All in all it was a good day, its so far from how I spent it when I was back home but I am thankful having to work these guys whom I consider my second family as they make it easier for me on holidays and my birthday..

Vain Me..

I recently tried a new skin care product for my face.. I've been using Proactiv for about 2 years now but then lately it seems like its not working for me since I've been having bad breakouts on my forehead.. So I decided to try on a new product I found at Bath and Body Works. Its Acnescription from Particia Wexler. I bought the starter kit and been using it for probably just two weeks now..
I really can't tell yet if it worked for me I just don't like putting too much product on my face since it tends to look oily at times.. So now I've been browsing online and I wanted to try some Clinique Skin care produts this time.. Might go to the mall and buy some products.. I've always had problems with my skin and I'm thinking that since I've been working two jobs and lately been going home really late that's why my face is breaking out..

Feels like Forever

I'm still here.. Its been really slow lately at work. I guess we can really fell how bad the economy has has been lately.. We have few customers at the bank and most times we don't really have stuff to do anymore after the reports are done in the morning.. Its been so BORING...

I feel like getting dumber by the second, since I don't have anything to do most of the day, my mind as well basically decided to just stop.. Ugh! for some people they might think I'm crazy for basically demanding to work when I should be thankful getting paid for doing nothing.. But then there's no growth, no productivity, I won't learn anything just by sitting the whole day... I've been trying to keep myself busy.. Answering phones, helping out planning for upcoming birthdays and other surprise events that were having but still its not enough for the whole eight hours..

Hay, I don;t know its just that it feels like forever at work sometimes and for how long its gonna stay this way I don't know.. But I am surely thankful that I still have a job every single day.. But just when people think that this is one superpower, indestructible, financially stable country.. well guess what?? you guys got it wrong...

No weekend-weekend

Sunday.. 8:40 pm.. So I have 3 hours and 20 minutes left of my weekend.. It was pretty tiring having to work seven days straight.. I worked at the bank Monday to Friday, and since the circus is in town, I worked Thursday till today at the arena.. The first two days I had to go directly from the bank.. Good thing my work at the arena is only part-time which is about 3-4 hours and all I need to do is count money.!! No shopping for me this week..

So what am I gonna do with the remaining part of my weekend??

- I'm watching episode 9 of Hot Shot at youtube..
- At the same time watching the Emmy's
- eating cotton candy I got for free at the circus!!! ( buti na lang inantay kong matapos kundi nagbayad pa ko ng $ 12 for a cotton candy with a paper hat!! haha!)
- here blogging about my week!

BE Addict

As I was cleaning my stuff last week.. I've come to realize one thing: I AM SO VAIN!!! : ) I have so many stuff for my face, my hair, my body.. And most of them I really don't use that often... And of course the first place goes to my make-up.. I AM A CERTIFIED BARE MINERALS ADDICT!
I have to say that the ones here on the pictures were the ones I bought and haven't used. I still have my usual kit of Bisque, Medium Foundation, Mineral Veil and a blush on my everyday kit, plus 2 brushes and a Buxom... Yun ang everyday kit ko! hehehe.. I'm planning to maybe selling some of the stuff, I have a few MAC items and Clinique too from a co-worker. Ang dami ko ng make-up, nakakalibre pa ko! : ) The ones on the pic has never been opened, my so-called "reserves".. Oh, here's some of my other kikay stuff:

I've been using Proactiv for about two years now, and it really did cleared uo my skin although I still have occassional breakouts.. But I love this product.. So yeah, am I Vain or what?!?

Day Three... Clean up

Late post... Since I did my super clean up day last Monday... wow the highlight of my three-day weekend.. Took me 6 hours to clean just HALF of my room!! I had to assemble the cable box for my TV, which I did all by myself.... Ahem... : ) then I spent most of the time assembling the shoe organizer I bought at Target.. akala ko kc madali lang i-assemble yun pla as in from scratch gagawin mo!! I am so proud of myself when after probably two hours eh natapos ko din, khit hndi perfect, eto sya:

Each and every cube I have to assemble from scratch! Bwiset! Sana yun assembled na shoe organizer na ang binili ko! It was supposed to be for 15 pairs but since pagod na ko, I only made up until 12... : ) This is only for my work shoes and since I still had a couple pairs left I decided to give it to my mom since I ran out of my space... My other pairs are still in the closet which I never got the chance to clean yet...

I realized I had so many stuff.... You'll be surprised on how much make-up I have and other "vanity" products... hehe.. I'll post it next time..

Hay, I'm too tired to post about what happened today.. Day 3! took me 6 hours to clean just my room! Hay kakapagod.. I'll post it soon.. New season of Gossip Girl's starting!!! Bye!

Day One of my Three Day Weekend

Three Day weekend for me!!! Woohoo!! No plans at all, well except of course to hit the mall right?!?hahaha.. So what do I intend to do?

- clean up my closet, cabinets, drawers... lahat-lahat dahil sa ang dami kong tambak! so many mails need to be shredded.. statements... offers.. receipts..

As of right now, I am done with the first drawer pa lang! I was sorting out stuff and shredded what I don't need.. Then I stumbled upon my Bare Minerals.. (this is needs to be a totally different post!) I realized I have so much, since I (for whatever reason) buy the set ones, mostly 10-pc kits.. got rid of the huge boxes they have and just placed them in one make-up bag! Then I found some letters, birthday cards, thank you cards and notes from my friends, sisters and family back home!! So I did have a sort of "5 minute" drama mode!! hahaha.. Reading those surely still bring me tears... St least, I got something done today.. I didn't go out since its still triple digit heat, sobrang init!!

Here's the rest of my to-do list:

- clean my make-up brushes... ang dami nito
-organize my closet.. i need to sort stuff and get rid of some clothes I don't wear anymore
-one more cabinet to clean..
-find my card... I CAN'T FIND MY MACY'S CARD!!! ugh!
-buy a shoe rack (?) nka kalat lang kc mga sapatos ko d2!!
- SHOP! naman.. i need to do this...
I really wish to be productive this 3-day weekend.. My room really looks like a big mess! It is nowhere to be called a bedroom, its more like a stock room... and I am starting to get pissed about it.. My mom would always say we don't need for it to look nice and there's no need to buy accessories and household stuff since we won't be here forever... But hey, its almost five years and I don't see us going elsewhere?!? so, I'm going to make-over this so-called bedroom to make it look more.. hmmm.. alive??? hahaha

went crazy for Coach

Hindi ko alam kung bakit dalawang wallet ang binili ko! They were having a sale that week, extra 40% off on items already on sale!!! I'm not really a big fan of Coach pero what the hell!! A Coach is a Coach... a Sale is a Sale!!! : ) The skinny purse was not on sale though, but it was so cute kaya binili ko pa din! hehehe.. But the other one I only got for $ 70 when the normal price will be around $180-190 since my sis bought one like that before...

so now i;m thinking... anung gagawin ko sa dalaang wallet?? isa lang naman ok na?? i think its what they call a momentary "relapse" for me... pero promise i've been really good shopping... haha

Cranberry&Vodka plus Tokyo Tea Friday

my new fave... Tokyo Tea...

Not really drunk, though but a bit tipsy... But hey, I'm back!!! It's been a while, I've been really busy.. It was audit week at work and the auditors grilled me for the last couple of days.. Thank goodness that the audit went well.. So we decided to have drinks after work.. And that's why here I am.. blogging drunk!! hahaha.. We went to the Valley Brewery but since I'm not a big beer drinker I opted for Cranberry and Vodka for my first drink.. And of course I had my second one... I wanted to try Long Island Iced Tea which apparently is in no way just tastes as iced tea.
So my co-workers suggested Tokyo Tea as it goes all out with my "asian" craziness lately.. : ) It was really good though I should say.

Its been a while since the last time and we went out for drinks and this one was really fun!

I missed out on Life..

I got this from my boss yesterday, they were laughing because I looked like a kid daw, so happy with all smiles when I received it:

Well, its just a piggy bank! A small one and we call him Chunnie the Piggy.. : ) (although its not really a piggy!) So they were wondering why I was so happy like a kid.. Well, I guess its because I never had a piggy bank before! not that I can remember, and then everyone started laughing.. Hay, super slow talaga ngayon sa bank, that we end up just chatting almost for half an hour with small interruptions kapag may phone call.. And then of course, because of this I had a random thought.

What other things didn't I get to experience? Or never had when I was a kid way back in Manila??

1. School Bus- never akong nag school bus kasi malapit lang kami sa school.
2. Camping - hanggang retreat lang ako.. wala yatang camping activities sa scholl namen e..
3. Girl Scouts - nope! not a member.. siguro kung nag GS ako, naka experience sana ko ng camping.
4. Prom Night - super loser no? never got the chance to go to a Prom..
5. Sports Fest- never! i never excelled on any sport!
6. Riding a bike- nope! never learned this either..
7. Swim - di din ako marunong..
8. Rollerblades - i remember nauso yan when I was younger, ako pa.. ang taong lampa at walang balanse! cympre di din ako natuto! haha
9. Jumping Rope - do i need to explain further??
10. Raincoat and boots - never had those! kapag baha kc nka tsinelas ako pagpasok.. or di na lang ako papasok! hahaha..

I think I can go on and on with my list.. but this were the first 10 that I thought of while at work..
This made me realize on how "sheltered" (as how my co-workers described it) my life was.. so now, I'm starting to challenge myself and try things that I never experienced before.. And that's the reason why every small thing that they give me, I always feel so happy as a kid!

Jologs Fever

Yup that's what me and my friends Ivy call this craziness both of us have been doing lately.. She can't believe herself when she actually went to SM Bicutan to watch a mall show. But just as she was saying how she can't believe that she went ahead and did that, right now I was laughing so hard because I've been one myself.. And so yes.. we are infected of the JOLOGS FEVER!!!

Well, as you can see on my posts, I've been uber excited since Wu Chun will be in Manila. Actually HE IS ALREADY!!!! I've been following it online and has been glued to our TFC to catch every glimpse of him.. SUPER GWAPO!!! hahaha.. And so I was chatting with Ivy this morning while browsing youtube for any Wu Chun in Manila uploaded videos already.. And hey, I just cannot believe myself as well.. I was following every step of the way...

I really do admire the fans that really went in there super early in the morning to catch a glimpse of Chun and Calvin.. and all the super fanatics in general regardless of who their idol is.. To make an effort to see them.. against all odds ang drama! I don;t think I'm on the verge of doing something like that though.. Although I've been hoping to travel to Taiwan or HK or maybe in Manila, if ever Chun will have a show there.. Hahaha..

Hay, ang buhay nga nman.. Paminsan-minsan bumabalik ang kabaliwan!

To Do List

Hay, I spent the first of the three-day weekend by being a couch potato.. Yesterday was the 4th of July holiday, and I didn't even post a greeting to everyone. So how did I spend the holiday?? Bumming around in the laziest way possible. I didn't do a single thing, I think I can practically challenge anyone on c couch potato contest. I was online most of the day watching movies and shows, the only time I'll get up will be for bathroom breaks and lunch, which I took at 4pm! didn't get up to have dinner since I am so lazy! I had plans with my mom and dad to go and see the fireworks at night by the waterfront but of course I didn't go.. When laziness strikes, it can really take me down in just once simple blow..

Now I won't let laziness strike me again.. I have to get up and do something.. So here's my to-do list for saturday and sunday:

1. Shopping! - its the only you can spend your weekend here.. and i heard most stores will probably have their holiday sale! (since i've been reading about it a lot on my sis' blog! haha)

2. Balance my checkbook- its about time! but since I really haven't been spending much lately it shouldn't be hard.. I used to really be good at it but then I lost track. lazy me! : )

3. Clean my brusheS.. - yeap! that's with a whopping S at the end... I have so many BE make up brushes, and I think I need to clean them this week.

4. Just organize- I have receipts and letters that need to be shredded.. my stuff are basically everywhere and in relation to number 3.. I have to organize my make-upS.. I just got a new (well had it for over a month now) bare minerals collection kit.. Why I bought it? I really don't know!! I'll make sure I'll post that one for the BE addicts like me..

5. Picture..picture-- its been what, 2 months since my trip to manila and I STILL don't have my pictures printed. Although some of it were already posted on my multiply, I still wanted to have them printed, old school still huh?!?

Well i do hope i get to do these today and tomorrow.. And not just do NUMBER ONE then skip the rest!!!
