Punta Fuego.. Part One..

I think no words or pictures could describe the beauty of Punta Fuego, its something you have to see with your own eyes.. The place is amazing! Were lucky that my friend was able to score us a reservation as guests since Club Punta Fuego is normally for members only. We stayed there for two days. I'm with my friends from college and two of my crazy cousins. We went to Terrazas de Punta Fuego first where we have our lunch, its probably a 10 minute drive from Club Punta Fuego.. This by far is one of the best places I've been to.. Imagine having to experience the "lifestyle of the rich and famous" even for just two days...

And here's why I loved this place so much:
Yes, that's the view from our room!! We have the waves from South China Sea waking us up the next morning.. Although there were occasional rains and its quite gloomy, weather never really bothered us and we still have the BEST time!!!

A time to save

As a bank employee here at the US, i have the privilege to meet different kinds of people. Some of them tend to open a savings account just for the sake of obtaining a loan. But, some of them are really saving for their future, i was able to interview one of my clients since they are already reaching the retiree's age, their saving for a grand vacation or tour around the world. What way to spend a hard earned money.

Silver

After my vacation last May 3, I did some accounting of my money when I got here. I was surprised to see that I still have money left from my vacation budget. So I am thinking of what to do with this extra since I dont want to splurge yet on shopping. Last night, I saw the website of Monex Deposit Company, where you can buy gold or silver then have it safely shipped right through your doorstep. Or you can have it securely deposited in a bank. I am thinking of buying some silver since it is getting really demanding in the market nowadays. I still need to go through their terms at the website because I am not really familiar with this process. I do hope this will be a good investment for me as I really wanna save up for the future.

I'm Here.... I'm Back!!

Yes... I know vacation's over... Huhuhu.. Too bad it was short plus it rained during the last days of my stay.. Although I have to say that I really did have fun.. I'll be posting my pics soon.. The highlight of my vacation was my 2 days stay at CLUB PUNTA FUEGO... The most amazing place I've been.. I honestly think that it beats my Plantation Bay trip last year.. Punta Fuego really have the most amazing beaches and our room was overlooking the South China Sea!!! I will ran out of words to describe how breathtaking every single views are...

I'll be posting a detailed, blow-by-blow account of my vacation.. From the day I got there.. to the fiesta.. mallings.. family outings.. LAHAT-LAHAT!! Just whenever I got my body clock adjusted!

It's hard since WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND will go to work the next day after your arrival?!? yup that's ME!!! My plane landed Sunday at around past 7pm.. Got home around 11 pm.. Then went to work the next day at 8 am!!! SEE!! Adik no?!?

Summer time in Manila

We spent one weekend at a Private resort in Laguna with my cousins and other relatives and we had so much fun, we ended sleeping at 4 in the morning. As Expected , everyone dipped in the pool after lunch time because of the scorching heat. Good thing I was able to grab a few swimsuits here for me and for my sisters. I left everything there because I dont think i will use the swimsuits here.. hehehe.

Swing for the kids

I had a blast during my vacation in Manila. At most times, I played with my nephew and nieces at the house. When I was doing some surfing at the net a while ago, I have decided to get them swing sets that would be perfect for our yard. I am so sure they will enjoy their afternoons playing with it. I just need to find the best way on how I can have it shipped there. I hope it wont cost me too much.

Newly renovated

I've seen personally the soon to be finished renovated house of my brother in law. It was amazing, since it's very simple and yet it so very homey. The patio is almost finished and i've advised him to check out the internet for some potential good buys of patio furniture. We'll check other site later since we need to have a shortlist of designs available and that will fit in with the design of their patio.

Pack lightly

I'll be back again to the US this sunday. I'm planning to pack lightly, i'm buying some new luggage, i'm considering this Johnston and Murphy road agent suitcase since the size of it is a approved carry on size for most airlines.I'll buy this on Friday so that i'll not be on cramming mode. I had a lot fun during my stay here, i'll plan another getaway this year...hope that will be on Christmas time.

Upgrading computer memory

My sister's computer is very fast, i asked her what she have done to her computer...she just said memory upgrade. Thus, when i go back again to the US,I'll have my computer upgraded. I love using my sister's laptop and computer since it's fast and the waiting time is less than when i'm using my own computer. I'll definitely, upgrade my computer.

Vacation Updates...

Yes, I'm here.. I made it! It will be a week tommorrow since I got here and sad to say thatI never really had to much going on. Of course al lmy plans to meet up my friends got cancelled last minute. I just cannot stand the scorching heat that I opted to stay at home this whole time...

My bodyclock never adjusted.. I sleep at 3am, wake up ar 5 0r 6 (so basically just a short nap!) Then by 3pm I'll doze off as if its night and will wake up by 9pm.. Hay, buhay....

Tomorrow the family will have go to Laguna for wholeday/ovenight swimming just in time for my sis' bday!!

MANILA... MANILA..

I keep coming back to Manila!!! woohoo.. This is it!! At long last the day that I've been waiting for has finally come... MANILA HERE I COME!!! I can't wait, had a chat with my sisters this morning for some last minute stuff...

Still trying to finalize my baggages though.. Hay, I don't care!

Memory Upgrade

My computer is starting to slow down since i have installed so many programs. My friend suggested that i upgrade my dell memory. I have to consider this on my next salary, since this is another out of the budget expenses. I have to find some cheap ones so that it will be on my budget. I'll ask my friend if there are some sites online that are offering such memory on a reasonable price.
