I'm planning to have an investment when i go back to manila this may. I think it's about time to have one. I'm planning to invest on a commercial real estate. I've checked already this one site that is currently being developed by a renowned developer, this will be a big first time investment for me thus i need to carefully study the benefits of this investment.
