beginning to feel a lot like christmas

In a few days, we will be celebrating Christmas. Its my most awaited time of the year, so as my kids. I am done with shopping for gifts, the last one was an online order for a spyderco military . I will receive it tomorrow and I will just have it wrapped then I am good to go. We are distributing the gifts a little early this year because we will go somewhere from the 24h to 26th. Its an off from our usual busy life and we are celebrating it as a family. So what are your plans for the Holidays?

Weddings in December

Aside from June, December is also considered as a peak month when it comes to weddings.Two weddings are lined up for me this month and I will certainly go to both occasions. First is for a really good friend and godmother of my daughter and the other is for my cousin in law. I'm excited to see bridal gowns again, it reminds me of my own wedding. Now I am thinking of what to wear since I don't have much formal wear now. I might check out my favorite store and see if they have something that would fit me perfectly. Aside from that i am thinking of what to give the couples too. Gift card is a great idea, what do you think?

weight loss drinks

Christmas is just around the corner and we already started feasting with great food!

We had a seafood grilling buffet yesterday with the friends of my sister. Today we had modern local cuisine for lunch in one of our favorite restaurants. I am thankful that there's an effective way to lose weight in no time, yes, I am talking about weight loss drinks that my friend gave me. I tried it out the other day and the taste isn't that bad at all. Whenever I would eat a lot each day, I will just drink this weight loss drink at night and hopefully it can really do wonders for me who loves to eat her heart out during celebrations.

I can't believe that my friend is now conscious with his body. He started going to the gym last year and he regularly visits for his chosen program. He is into body building and building those curvy muscles. I honestly did not recognize him when I saw him last week. He even talked about body building stuff to my husband who is really not quite interested with it . Some more grabs from Black Friday sale

I was looking for some anti acne products because of the md clear reviews I have read last week, but I wasn't luck enough to find one on sale. Instead, we headed to the toys area and my husband got this Step-2 Easel board for the kids. If only its not that bulky, we would have gotten two as a for a friend. I have seen a lot of electronics sale, but we don't need a new TV or dvd player so we didn't went to that area. It was crowded as expected but I've heard that the deals are really great! I'm happy though with what I got for the kids. In the next year, maybe we can try lining up outside the stores prior to opening hours so we can experience the fun of Black Friday sale.

Happy Thanksgiving

I know that my greeting is late, but I guess it's okay as long as I remember greeting you all. We had a great Thanksgiving weekend with my family. We even invited some of our relatives so we can have a mini - reunion too. The next day was Black Friday, you know what it means!! Shopping! I didn't lined up that early just like most of our neighbors, we went to the mall at 6am and grabbed a few toys for the kids. Some items at the beauty section was on sale too, so I got my mom a wrinkle remover , lipstick and some eyeshadow and blush on for me. Didn't go really major this year, I don't have that big budget at all. I will just wait for the After christmas sale, hopefully I can score great items too.

Goodbye Acne

I love the weekend because it means I have all the time to go to the mall and go over the new products int he beauty section. In a simple day, I will go to the mall only if I really need something. Usually, it is just a quick trip since I have no time at all and I have to rush home and be with the kids. Last weekend, I saw this best acne product that is on sale already so I got two for my cousin who has been having problems with her acne. The I also got her a Gap city flat for my Christmas gift. I got three shoes from Gap because I am giving it away to my other cousins as well. Im sure they will all love it.

It is quite hard a little frustrating when you keep on trying different things and yet you cannot find the best one that will truly work for you. Last week...

was a great one for me. First, I got another online job ,so that would mean extra money of course. Second, my mom sent me her early birthday gift ! Next, me and my aunt are done with the inquiry of medicare supplement plans. She needs this for her husband who got disabled during the start of the year. Lastly, I had a great Saturday with my nephew at the Ben 10 Meet and Greet Activity. He is one big fan, he was so happy to see Ben 10. Now I am looking forward for a great one.. its my birthday week!

Laptop warranty

I should have gotten an extended laptop warranty . My current laptop got busted and I need to have it repaired as soon as possible because most of my work files are there. I have this feeling that I can still recover everything , I just feel the hassle of using others laptop since my files aren't there. Oh well, i learned my lesson the hard way. It's not covered by the warranty already and that makes me feel sad even more. My husband suggested that I get a new unit and just trade in the one I had before. I might just follow his suggestion.

Rain boots!

It's almost November and our place is still being affected by typhoons. Aside from the fact that when there's a typhoon it easily floods, I'm afraid that health issues also come up during this season. There are many diseases in flood and during this really cold weather so we better gear up and be prepared. The rain jackets of the kids and sweaters are in their bags whenever we go out. I even got ourselves some rain boots to protect our feet from the flood as it may cause leptospirosis. How about you, how do you keep your family safe and dry this rainy season?

Remember always be safe and as much as possible, just stay at home when it's raining. If you can't help but go out, then gear up and wear jacket and rain boots.
