Batchoy

I can't remember the last time I tasted it , and now I am craving for it. I had a chat with my sister and she told me that they tasted this really good one from Bacolod Chicken Inasal House. Its been raining in their part of the world, and sipping a hot , yummy Batchoy for merienda is something I envy about. Here's how it looks like:


I need to ask my mom if she can prepare this for us on weekend, but i guess she can pull it off. We just need to buy some stuff at the Asian store. I think i really need to take some Lipovox
before my vacation in October. I gained weight since this year started and I have to lose those unwanted fats very soon!
