On Diet again

I am excited for the coming week because of my much awaited trip to South Korea. Its wintertime in that part of the world so I got all my winter clothes from our box. Last night I had some time to try it on and even took pictures of myself and see how i look. Oh, looks like I gained a lot of pounds lately ! I really need to go on a diet so wont look fat with those layered clothes. Its not too late too start, maybe I should try the apidextra, the apidextra user comments are great and I am rally thinking of trying it out now. Hopefully it will shed off some of my unwanted fats in merely a short time.
