A Great Way to be Healthy

My mom recently had her annual medical checkup and due to her age she was advised by the doctor to start losing weight in order to avoid illness such as diabetes. As a food lover it will be hard for her to just cut back or turn her back on her favorite meals. I encouraged her to try some diet pills for women that I read about online.
I think this together with exercise can get her back in shape and in a healthy state in just a few weeks. If this will work, I am planning to try it myself as well.
