Getting fat

This is really one of my biggest problems now. With all the food experience that we have now, the least that I want to be is get fat. I easily gain weight because of my metabolism, so I try to do some exercise when that happens. My tummy easily gets those unwanted fats so I need to find ways in burning belly fat .Some say that belly dancing can be one great exercise and it is now offered in some fitness centers as an alternative way of getting rid of those bellies. But I am no dancer so I have to pass on that one. Sit ups maybe helpful to me and I am considering that since it will help out my abs too. Well, wish me all the luck!
