Quick trim

Ever since I arrived here in Manila, I realized that I am slowly gaining weight. Well I noticed too that some of pants wont fit me perfectly now. So these are the signs. I can't blame anyone but myself because i always give in to temptation. Its so easy to have snacks delivered in our doorstep, or sometimes i will have a quick trip to the mall to get some junk food, and dinner is always a feast here. Now I think i need to lose weight already. Have you heard of the quick trim fast cleanse ? I heard it from a friend because this is her regimen now. She told me that it is very effective on her so she is recommending it to me too. I will be giving it a try by next week and lets see if it will do wonders on me.
