Good & Bad news

I have a good news and some bad news. First, the good news...I'm being promoted. The bad news... i'll be transferring to another branch and it's quite far from our house. That's why we are considering relocating to a much nearer place. Also, part of the promotion is that i have a relocation allowance, and i must say it's a good amount to start with. I've already checked some Branson homes for sale. Since, i'll like their designs. If the overall busget permits, i'll surely get one.
