Love for my Guitar

My guitar parts need replacement. I was thinking if I should buy a new one to replace my old Les Paul. But due to my love of my Les Paul, I decided to replace some old parts. I checked some online for the items and I was surprise to see some with budget parts. The floyd rose was definitely what I was looking for. I'm planning to buy this by next week and can't wait to rock it off!

Looking for a Comfy Chair

We have already finished renovating our office. By now it is time to look for the right furnitures for this new office of ours. We have already agreed on some of the furnitures after looking thru our furniture catalogue, but for the chairs i need to see it personally since i have this criteria that it must be comfortable and at the same time stylish. I surf the net and checked i was able to stumble on chair cushion for comfort at foambmail. For now i will put my search on a halt, and check the other furnitures that will be needed in our new office. 

She is 5!

My little girl will soon turn 5 and we are planning a small celebration at her school. We are having a Concertparty and she is excited to sing and dance with her favorite songs. . It is good that we have most of the instruments now like a guitar, beatbox and drums which we can use as props. We just need a really good microphone and a sound system of course.. I has really great quality , and a reasonable price. I don't think we will be needing a exciting meinl doumbek stand at musician's friend , but maybe in the future it would be a great investment for my musicians. There's still a lot of things to do for her birthday celebration, I'm glad we started early with the preparations.

Rush Printing

When you have a student in the house, make sure that your printer has an ink. Most mothers would know exactly what I am talking about. My son had an assignment last week and it was too late when I found out that we do not have an ink . It's great that his cousin lives a few blocks away so I had it printed on a rush. But what if it's more than just a page or two to be printed? Well, there's Overnight Prints to help you out of course! This is what we used during our organization's volunteerism fair and we needed a lot of printed promotion materials.

Anyway , it was a lesson learned for me. So now I make sure we have an ink in our printer for all school printing needs.

A great Birthday present

My favorite niece will turn 12 this August and as early as now I am looking for a great birthday present. I haven't seen her for 3 years and so I missed out in giving her Christmas presents too! She is very much into playing instruments like the violin and clarinet but since she has a beautiful violin already so I might get her clarinets at wwbw. I am still thinking of which exact model to get her, I might as well ask her mom of some possible suggestions.


 I have always dreamed of learning how to play any instrument. It didn't happen to me but Im happy now that its my son and my niece who lived that dream for me.

Some Renovations

Summer is almost over in my part of the world , and it surely is my busiest ever. A lot of activities were lined up in my schedule, no to mention the preparations I had during my son's birthday. I just finished off a 5-day literacy camp for our underprivileged children in the community. It is only now that I have the chance to supervise the renovations in our bedroom and I am excited to see the progress. We got new drawer slides for the kids drawers since most are not functioning well already. Hopefully before the start of classes, everything will be arranged since my kids will have new sets of uniforms.

A friend is starting up a Printing business anytime soon. She initially made some printables during the Holidays and started accepting orders from friends. Lets go Biking this 2013

This year , I am seriously planning to have a healthier lifestyle and that would start by doing regular exercises. I admit, I am too lazy to try out even simple exercises last year and I always use my busy schedule as an excuse. But this year, I wanted to make a difference and start my journey to a healthier me. I started with a weekly run , and so far it is doing good. It will help a lot if you have an exercise buddy and my friend invited me to try out biking. I have to look for a starter's bike first and also a hitch bike rack just in case we would take it further. But for now we will start biking in our area first. Wish me luck !
